How Pricing Works

There are three key cost components that make-up what you’ll be charged when taking to the road with Enterprise Car Club.

1. Membership. this is paid either monthly or annually. Simply join selecting a rate plans available in the town or city within which you live. You’ll then get access to vehicles across Ireland.


2. Rental. For each trip you’ll be charged for the vehicle based on the type of car or van you’ve selected, the length of the reservation and location. Find the prices for Ireland here. An estimate for your rental will be displayed before you confirm your reservation based on the specific rates of the car or van you’ve selected. To give you peace of mind, our price guarantee means we charge you the daily rate if it is lower than the hourly rate. This daily cap will only be applied to one reservation per day. You may cancel for FREE up to 5 hours before your reservation starts.


3. Per-kilometre charge. This is a charge that is calculated based on how far you drive during your reservation. This is added to your rental charge and billed at the end of your trip.

Once you’ve covered these costs you don’t need to think about fuel, insurance, servicing, NCTs, road tax, breakdown cover, vehicle depreciation…etc. as these are all included. What’s more we don’t change a deposit.

Other things to consider

• Fuel - If you fill-up (or charge your Electric Vehicle) during your rental we’ll cover the cost. Simply pay using the fuel card found within the vehicle's glove compartment, or to the right of the steering wheel.


• Physical Damage/Liability Protection- This is included with an excess of €1,500 as standard across all plans. If you’re 21 or over, you may be able to reduce your excess for a particular reservation to €200 per incident by paying an hourly fee of €2.00/hr (up to €16.00/day). You can select this option at the time of making your reservation.


• Parking – When parking outside the vehicle’s home location, you are liable for any parking costs. 


• Ireland Tolls - If you use the M50 barrierless toll during your trip, you are required to pay the toll online before 8pm the following day (Eflow.ie) if you cannot do this then we will pay the toll on your behalf and charge the toll plus €8.50 admin fee per incident to your account. All other tolls are pay as you go.


• Tolls & Fines– You will have to cover these costs. Should you incur a parking ticket or traffic offence we will pass these on to you with an administration fee.
